If your student will be a 9th grader next year and is interested in taking a math class higher than Algebra 1, he/she must take an exam to demonstrate readiness. The exam will be administered on May 13th at 9:30 am at Southwest High School (Library). You must pre-register for the exam by completing the form below. Students will receive an email with test information, so please ensure that the email provided is checked often (and do not use your school email address; we are unable to email students at the school email address). Students should report to Southwest library on May 13th by 9:00 am.
This form must be completed by Monday, May 8th @ 4pm to take the exam. If this registration date is missed and student wants to take the exam, the exam will be administered during the first week of school in August.
